Well, having left the stuff on today for about 9 hours, I think it may be having some effect! I've given it another squirt and will leave overnight. Does stink though - strong smell of chlorine - not looking forward to smelling that tonight as it's the en-suite I'm attacking.

Where it seems to be fading are on horizontal seals at the bottom of the shower. There's some in an area about 18 inches up, of course when I squirt there it's running off really quickly. Could take weeks!

Try my trick with the cotton wool? :)

The soaked cotton wool sticks to the grouting until you peel it off again.

Did you leave it to soak in? I spray liberally, check 30 minutes later and spray again if needed then leave it to soak for a few hours (if needed). I don't bother to rinse it off between applications. If the mould is really bad it can take several hours/applications, over a few days, but HG has always worked for me eventually.

Thanks for this post. I was trying to clean up stained grouting in the bathroom yesterday and would have otherwise given up after one application if I hadn't remembered it.

But four applications of mould spray with a bit of light scrubbing and the tiling looks like new. Repeat applications over a few hours works!

Oh and it was Wilkinsons 75p mould spray – a recommendation for that.

    Nomoonatall, we miss you :kisses3:
