Sales info shwn on Zoopla and Right Move

Hello, I wonder if, someone in the know, is able to explain why a house sale can be excluded from the Zoopla/Right Move sites thereby hiding the amount a buyer may have paid for a particular house.Thanks.

Yes, our house doesn't figure in the data, because it was sold with more than a certain acreage of land, which would skew the figures if included, but if people buy our title docs for £3, I'm sure the info will be printed there.
