we could have told you the result of an IPC appeal

have you saved the appeal , is it possible to post it? , although this company CPMUK have tried a couple of cases this year , quite often the IPC appeal is so biased and stupid , they would be frightened if it was read in court .

ironicly , if this is passed back from DR+ to the parking co , they will use a solisitors called Gladstones , and just to make you laugh , gladstones ARE the IPC , yup the same that adjudicated your appeal will now work for the parking co , so you hit back and bring thier &*&* up in court , if you have to.

apart from copy/paste that silly appeal reply , do nott bother untill you get a letter from the parking co OR THIER solisitors

If you havent encountered a PPC letter they do what they are designed to do and cause panic, with talk of CCJs credit scores being affected and all sorts of other bad things happening such as your first born child being taken away and sent to PPC college to become a PPC employee.

So the first thing to go is go an put the kettle on and make a cup of tea/coffee ( or whatever you want)
Next take a look at what you have got, does it talk about a lot of things that could happen in the month of may?

There have been a lot of residential parking uissues recently i would suggest you take a look.
Also it will be worthwhile finding out who the management company are in relation to this, and telling them that they need to get in touch with their agents and cancel this charge.

If I was in your situation i would want this killing quick, and if you can get rid of this charge whilst giving whatever entity took on the private parking company a headache, the n all the better

The debt collection letter has come from DRP (Debt Recovery Plus Ltd).

Good grief man ... DRP are a bunch of timewasters, they would not have the brains to be a bailiff ... it's just a very silly junk letter begging for money which you are not going to pay or contact them.

It really is about time for the government to crack down on these street beggars
