QNo. But where a decision was unfavourable and slagging off a named Assessor ensued, then that could open things up.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No worse than Jeremy Kyle or Ian Hislop having a go on TV. MSE do not host this board for free, they make huge sums from adverts.

Even here in sunny Spain I am being targeted by Spanish truss makers and funeral homes when I log in here.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

  • Except MSE and Moneysupermarket have to obey the law of the land.

The law of the land says that these details are to made available to appellants.

The law of the land does not say that appellants cannot share this information with others, especially those who have helped them with the appeal in the first place.

Non-compliance with the law is not an option. Except this is Britain, nevermind.

I think you need your device checking, I've never an advert on MSE and no I'm not runing ad-blocking software.

Wonder what Martin Lewis thinks

Possibly considering setting up his up specialist parking appeals service or ADR in order to skim off a revenue from it....

He has form for "being inspired by others' ideas". Or plagiarism as most people would call it.
