  • How? By making sure that as many people as they need don't get their cashbacks. The way they are now doing things makes it highly likely that a large proportion won't unless they are prepared to sue. I assume it's a price match deal (so-called - an absolute lie which I detest as much as anything). Forget what you may have read or experienced with them in the past. Now you really have to know what you're doing with this lot.
  • Actually I take that back in this case (slightly). It's an 18 month contract and so so it would cost you £349.92p provided you get all your cashbacks. Personally, I'd always go for a 12 month contract 12 months free (don't like paying anything personally). It is also a "clearance" phone. Clearance phones generally used to be like new, but nowadays they aren't as good from what I've heard and seen. More like "used" than simply "returned". I have so many great phones now that I can put the new sim in one of those if I don't like the one which comes with the deal. However, this isn't a so-called "price-match" deal (because it's far from free!) so in theory ought to be ok with the cashbacks. In practice, however, it's not just the t&c they have been messing around with lately. Claims now go to a different processing team and location and so far nothing ever seems to arrive - even when Royal Mail actually tracks. No texts, no acknowledgement at any time, long queues on 0845 numbers to be told a load of rubbish and lies. Not like it used to be I'm afraid.

Despite all my recent and numerous severe criticisms of them due to their new found pride in being thoroughly dishonest etc they are safest game in town; but only if you understand and follow ALL the groundrules (mine, not theirs) and THAT is unlikely judging by the number of people on these threads who don't! And for the real deals watch out - it will take a lot more than even that!
  • I revisited website again and found exactly the same deal without it saying it was a clearance phone, so I will go for this as there does not seem to be better deals for this phone as its new out.
  • It will do when you click on it. However, if you're happy to pay the money it's as good a place to go as any.
  • we have just recived our 2nd claim from e2save without any issues

yes be afraid, be very afraid with the clearance deals... do a search on this forum (search at the top) for e2save and educate yourself ahead of entering into a contract.
