Is this Kitchen Laminate Worktop joint acceptable?

    That was me.

    We accepted the majority view on here that the joint was acceptable. I think the installers put some more Colourfill over it but I can't precisely remember.

    At the time we were looking closely at every little detail of the kitchen but, once the kitchen was finished we didn't really think of it again until I saw this thread had been revived.

    Overall we are very pleased with the kitchen and 22 months on it still looks like new.

    There have been no issues with that joint and frankly, having just been to look at it closely for the first time in 22 months, I was making a fuss over nothing much.

  • Glad to hear that! I did my own worktops and while I was kicking myself over the joins a couple of weeks ago, now I never even look at them.
