well well the coop test case Civil Enforcement Limited v Curtis A93YM708,
    and DEAL v Colclough A79YP365

a little birdie from the BPA has just responded

    "Hi

If you go to the updated Court page on our website you'll see the new Case Tracker option (http://www.bmpa.eu/court.html)

Can confirm that both these cases have been tracked and do not show on our Courtserve cases databases. Since the cases have not come up, it suggests they have been settled by other means.

    Hope this helps"

so did they drop the cases or did the coop pay all the "fines"

You mean a little birdie from the BMPA...

I can't see the BPA assisting like that in the evening, or at all in this sort of matter!

perhaps bot the BMA , but this might be one for PP to expose , at least the outcome (if its the same) would be known

the OP of the other thread is PMing the claim ref of the discontinued case , realy annoys me that coop /cel/deal can just get the thing sorted out of court when this was deemed to be a test case and should have been heard .

what about all the other people that ended up paying !!

Corruption is never done in public

Who knows, right now a company like PE could be in the bar next to the house of commons with the DCLG over a bottle of bubbly and discussing the next holiday destination ???

    THAT'S HOW IT WORKS
