Buyers solicitor working at a sloth pace

Nothing tends to focus the mind like a property going back on the market.
Tomorrow morning instruct the EA and your solicitor that they have 24 hours to ascertain what the problem is. Failing that, it's back on the market.
Sometimes you just have to cut through the BS.0 -
In my experience it's perfectly normal. Your only leverage is a threat to put the property back on the market, but unfortunately solicitors have seen it all before, so although it might be worth a try, it's not guaranteed to speed them up0

It is if:
a) You carry it through and don't just threaten it..
b) You have buyers who actually want the property...0 -
Just an update, our EA sent us an email from our buyers solicitor to our buyer, which is a copy and paste job from the previous 2 weeks!!
This is starting to irritate me and they seem to be taking the Pee a bit by just sending the same email late on a Friday every week.
Is the only thing I can threaten is putting it back on the market? Suppose we might have to if I haven't seen any progression soon!0 -

Just do it. You're now yet another week on.
Whilst the timescale isn't silly the lack of solicitor/buyer movement would p155 me off.0
