Help with a Lobster 320

I recently got a Lobster 320 in Pink and all well so far.

Today a little envelope symbol with a blue V sign has appeared along the top icons bar.

I cant seem to work out what it is, I have deleted all messages and its still there.

Any suggestions ??
I work for TUI Group of Companies. My companies ATOL/ABTA numbers are 2524 / D5299.
