P4 Parking Ticket in Scotland

She is lying. They merely send letters, I have done this for a decade and the only firm that ever tried to send someone to a house were a bunch of clampers pre-2012 who put notes through a few doors and were soon stopped from that conduct.and that the next step will be to ask permission from P4 Parking to send round a doorstep collection agent.
Ignoring letters is easy, been there done that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
I've been reading some of the posts and have a few questions. I got a P4 ticket, I appealed as I didn't see any sign approaching the street (which I later saw was covered by a large rubbish bin). However, my appeal was rejected as I there were additional signs on the side of the street (which I did not see but P4 say I should have). As I have attempted to appeal have I now accepted that I was the driver and therefore opened myself up to something more serious ifI had just left it? Any advice greatly appreciated.0 -
Difficult to say. Did your incident take place in Scotland too?davidson1995 wrote: »Hi all,

Please don't answer that question here. This isn't your thread.
Have a read of post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where you will find a whole section devoted to parking incidents in Scotland.
If you still have further questions after having read that thread, then please do start a new thread about it.

How is it not illegal to threaten someone to 'send someone round' when they have zero authority to do so. Its literally a threat in an attempt to bully and intimidate someone.
Shame you cant respond with 'trespassers will be shot on sight!'. Not that I would ever endorse that.0 -
they CAN send someone round , I find 2 fingers in the eyeballs works well0
