I think so,
Ring them up and complain nicely, they may just give you a lovely proper roast to compensate.
Strange but big roasts are always more tender and taste better, even better if they have a bone in.....
Our local butcher says a big roast will cook better with a bone in because the bone conducts heat well and cooks from inside out..0
