It obviously won't find a TV signal, but I'm wondering if the set-up is trying to find the time from an analogue signal, or trying to auto-tune.
Interesting - so there's no solution to either, as the OP can't enter setup to disable auto-tune, and an analogue RF stage won't gather the time, post digital switch-over?0
