My my, don't you seem hellbent on attacking me.....
I've come on here to ask for some advice with a situation and clearly you just don't want to help - just attack.
If you don't have anything constructive to say then just scroll ahead. Your attitude is uncalled for and unwelcome.0 -

My, my, don't you seem hellbent on alienating people who are just trying to help you
If you don't like the advice you've been given, I suggest that maybe you should be the one to just scroll ahead0 -
Not attacking you at all!
I guided you towards the relevant agreement, advised you on the invalidity of the alternative agreement, and suggested you check the wording of the original to see what liability actually exists.
Then I answered the further questions you asked.
Then I threw in a chuckle.
If a :rotfl:is an attack, then the armed forces are wasting their money on armaments......0 -
I live in an Aster property and it states in our tenancy agreement when we leave the property it must be left exactly as it was when we moved in. This includes taking up all flooring (even the Gorgeous laminate wood flooring we put down) and also to fill any holes etc
I assumed this is how Aster has always worked I believe it's on their website aswell with regards to flooring. Aster used to carpet properties but they haven't the budget for it anymore not even in their shared ownership properties.
Although I can see where you are coming from I think they do it to avoid the cost of coming in and doing it themselves.Ask.. Believe.. Receive..
