Transferring shares from Sharesave scheme

Hi all,
I am looking to transfer some shares from my Sharesave scheme into a Halifax S & S ISA. Is it correct to say, the maximum value of the shares that I can shelter in 1 tax year is £15,240? Any more shares will have to be shifted in the following year?
Thanks!

Yes, up to £15,240 this side of 5 April 2017 (assuming you haven't made any other contributions to cash/HTB/S&S ISAs this tax year), then up to another £20K in the 2017/18 tax year.0
