Hi, thanks for the help last year.

Sorry for posting this, but I suffer from dyslexia & my reading is not the best in the world.

Can someone look at this Debt Letter and let me know if its ok still to ignore them as every time I get a letter they add more money to the clam.

    Thank you so much.

    Thank you so much.

Standard debt collector dross - it's a pure template we have seem zillions of times. Totally ignorable.

Anything you get from DRP (or Zenith who might write to you next - they are the same firm as DRP) can be ignored.

Come back only if you receive anything more from the parking company, or court papers from the business distribution centre at Northampton County Court (everything is distributed from there - so nothing to panic about!).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Read the bottom paragraph of that load of old tosh, what it really is saying is we can't take you to court, but here are some court cases brought about by Muppets that give us jobs to try to bully victims first!

The last thing a debt collector wants is for their scummy jobs to get handed back to the ppc, as the charge goes back down to the original claim, and old Debty Plus gets nowt!
