A household property maintenance firm without mention names fitted out their entire fleet with them a few months back.
Basically the majority of top level workers have left and they are left with those who can not just walk out.
From a financial point of view it has been a utter disaster.

The OP didn't mention security, neither did I. My son uses them in his vehicles to track their journey locations. That it is the purpose of trackers.
How does that make my post incorrect? I just stated a fact - they are useless as a security device. What's your issue with that? All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0 -
I use Mobile Solutions in Derby, they do one for £159 plus VAT fitted and £159 + VAT for the subscription0

Be better if you fitted it yourself, the crims know where to look for a professional fitting job and just remove them.
There was a chap near here got caught because he was nicking Mercedes vans, driving up a lane and pulling the tracker out. They would never have caught him except he did one right next to a flytipping camera that caught his face, the reg. and the time!
I remember seeing how useful trackers are on an episode of "Police! Shock! Horror!"
The helicopter was tailing a top of the range 4x4 with a tracker fitted, and they remarked that it had the ability to prevent it starting again. So all they have to do is watch which large building it goes into, then stroll round and nick the whole gang, and recover thousands of pounds worth of cars.
Instead they vector a couple of Mad Max Interceptors with full Blues & twos to it, so it takes off at 120, and they follow a trail of wreckage until it finally grinds to a halt having hit every single car in a dead end street, causing £500,000 + damage.
And the thief ran off........
Result!I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Was Watching a Claimed & Shamed episode recently, where 'Tracker' company were aske to trace a stolen vehicle - the first 'ping' they had was from a French Port - from the info they concluded it was onboard a ship.
liaising with the Police, it was tracked through the Med., through the Red Sea, to Mombasa, then overland to Uganda. A local rep. checked it out, a parking lot with dozens of high-value cars.
A raid was organised, with British & Ugandan Police, and the Tracker company. Then a long convoy of trucks took them back to port, loaded on a ship, back to the UK, off-loaded at Southampton.
Insurance companies happy, many hadn't paid out, the only losers were the criminal gang!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
