...Pan fried prosciutto and maple syrup covering Italy, Canada and Scotland in one plateful...

Now that's FUSION food! - It's all the rage don't cha know!

Maple Syrup makes everything taste better!!!
(I'm down to my last 500mL - time for a trip home to stock up!)

We had bottom of the fridge omelette for brunch - OH is practicing his house-husband skills! - Chopped yellow & green pepper from the freezer, blue cheese from the freezer cheese drawer, pancetta, tomato & black olives that were lurking in the fridge & shallots from the bottom of the store cupboard and 6 eggs (no milk to be found so water used instead!) - ate with ready-made Indian flatbreads - 4 for 1pound - worth the cost as it saves labour! - so another fabulous healthy & cheap meal - YUM!

Hope you're having a good evening Pipps - sounds like you deserve it after a long day and a busy week! Love the sound of the meal plans.

I treated us to a spiraliser a few days ago because OH wants to cut down on carbs and eat more veg, so today we are experimenting with butternut squash noodles and HM pesto, hope it's tasty!

Glad the woofers behaved themselves at work. Chilly here too but not as bad as there I'm sure.

Waves v tired. Scored a car load of tree (aka logs). Amazing what a swap for chocolate cake will do.

Chocolate cake for tree - that's quite the swap!

Wonder if pumpkin pie might swap out for new wheels??

Rice Krispie squares for lawn mowing or window washing??

Cherry pie for dusting & hoovering??

Gifted farm hand with a slice or two of banana bread a while back & now he stops round on Saturday morning to ask if we need help with anything!
