I wonder if anyone here is local enough to get you some signage pics taken in the dark this month, that you could use in your POPLA appeal. You are going to need to major on pitch black signs plus 'no landowner authority' and 'no keeper liability' can feature because there was no 'adequate notice' as the POFA requires.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've been back tonight around the same time and taken photos, it really is pitch black at night,0 -

to post photos you need to host them some where like photobucket / tinny pic ...
you may have enough posts to do direct links to the host site ...
