Guess what?
Not a single person on this forum can answer those questions.....
Either ask Eon or failing that do so in open court when they claim.
What a fantastic idea, asking Eon?! Thanks mate, never thought of that!!
The reason I was asking on here was Eon did not give me an answer. So before having to resort to legal/ombudsmen, I was wondering if someone else had experienced any issue such as this before.0 -

Similar but not identical.
Council tax not energy.
Paid off the small council tax bill direct to the council. Ignored the debt collection demands.
Argued the basis of the CT bill. Eventually got the council tax refunded (though the basis of this was wrong and the council were possibly wrong to refund). Never sorted anything with the debt collectors. Assume at some point the debt collectors will pass things back to the council, guidelines for this particular council suggest after a year.
Made easier as no one on the council tax bill lives at the address the debt collectors have and the council tax wasn't in our name.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Then i refer you to the latter part of my post.
Eon didn't give you answer. Why the hell would you think someone on here can on their behalf?0
