Premier Park - paid ticket still given PCN

I have received an email from Premier confirming that they have 'on this occasion' cancelled the ticket. (This is due to instructions from the landowners - I appealed to them direct)


I would add that I also contacted the local MP, who already had a thick file of complaints about this one car park.


Thank you to everyone that has written and assisted on all threads to do with these 21st century bandits....lets continue to fight!

I have been sent a parking charge I sent them an email with an attachment of a valid parking ticket which I purchased on the day in question,these tickets do not have a sticky back you just sit them on the dash, I presume when the door was closed the draft blew the ticket from site I have emailed them with no reply except another demand, any help appreciated, newby so don't know if posted in correct place.

Sorry new to these forums , my CPM was issued in Aberystwyth Wales at St Michaels car park Ltd. It is the church car park.
