EE owe me money

Good morning
At a bit of a loss? EE owes me money and trying to get it from them is impossible. I have recorded calls (with permission), texts etc, they keep telling me yes it will be with you on such and such date but never appears. I've written on their complaint message system, and nothing, what do I Do?

Send them a message on twitter but keep it short.0 -
Go to CISAS if it's been more than 8 weeks since they failed to pay you. Claim compensation for wasted time and loss of use of the money. Alternatively, send a LBA and then go to the samll claims court. All provided you can prove they owe you and have failed to pay, of course.0
