Brilliant, I just love these forums! I have only been on for a couple of weeks so far and I have probably learnt more useful and interesting stuff on the forums than I have in almost 37 years! BB xBekibuns:smileyhea

I have bought my sister a curry cook book from Marks and Spencer, and am going to fill a basket with herbs and spices that are used in the recipes- any ideas where to get the best priced ones, and any other ideas I could fill the basket with?
If you are going to give her some whole spices and seeds, like coriander seeds, ginger, garlic etc, then a pestle and mortar would be a good idea, to grind the spices with! Even if you are not including these things, she can use it for future purchases of fresh ginger, garlic, seeds etc.
