I have switched over to the Creation Credit Card now after Halifax raised my interest rate and cancelled the £5 reward. The ability to report your travels on-line is the only thing I miss about the Clarity card. With Creation you have to call them or send them a private message...

    The app still says
You haven't told us about any trips abroad yet.
    Jeff

I've found the same thing and was a bit concerned; we actually went into a Halifax branch and I stood over the counter clerk whilst she put the details on our records and assured me that the correct details of our trip abroad were there (we're cruising around several islands.)

However, I noticed that on the Halifax website it does say that if you notify them on the phone or in a branch, it doesn't come up on the internet banking screen, although supposedly the card will work okay, so fingers crossed!!

I have a number to call if there's any problems (and obviously we're taking a couple of backup cards as well.)
A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.

Has anyone else found that when you add travel under your profile > going abroad > add a new destination it doesn't actually show up as a list so one cannot tell whether it has been logged or not?

Tried it several times and there's no list! Is it just me?

Santander Zero also doesn't show up as a list but Lloyds Bank "Your travel plans" does.

    Jeff

I use a PC browser to set up travel dates and my future plans show up, but the past ones have cleared. I can also add two overlapping destinations:

Once you log in it's under the "Your Profile" tab, then "Set up and manage travel flags".

    • The poor only have expenses.
    • The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.
