Trust Fund Interest Rates

MY sister and I are joint executors of a trust fund set up for our disabled sister by my mother. At present the fund is held with TSB and is earning 0.2 % annual interest. Are there any other options that would earn her a higher rate of interest? The fund is worth £60 000.
