BT have owed me money since June 15!

Hi all,
After some advice on where to turn with this one... BT have owed me £43 since June 2015.. I have rang 7 times and each time they are putting it through to the other department to sort "on high priority" If i owed them a £1 they'd persue me crazy, im sick and tired of asking I now need to show them im fed up with there stupid lies.. any/all help is appreciated.

Write to the ceo.
Shouldn't have left it this long, should have given them a few months to sort it and then get on twitter and then contact the ceo.0
