Agree and perhaps if the OP put as much time, effort and energy into something productive as they have done with this complaint then perhaps they could have earned around 6 months income and even at minimum wage would be around 7500.00 better off, This sounds like a case of not willing to budge in the OP's corner and wanting to gain several thousand pounds for an issue that at best deserves maybe a couple of hundred at a push.0 -
I don't understand why you both continue to post, and at very similar times too. Are you acquainted?
Now, I'm not saying that I know the following as a fact. But there may be something fishy going on. See #1, #2, #7, #8, #10, #11, #13, #17, #20, #23 of "Twenty-Five Rules of Disinformation", these are all to a greater or lesser extent demonstrated in Stevie's posts - by far enough for me to find this worth mentioning here.
I would like you both to stop posting on my thread.
If necessary, I will republish this content on my own website.
My only intention is to expose how badly I have been treated by Vodafone, because as Herongull says above:I think you should keep posting the responses.
.I would not want all this sort of hassle and stress on anyone.0 -

What a loon.Stevie, my quote, I think you got it's context wrong. That's my fault. I was referring to that it took me about 40 minutes to decide how much to include in that e-mail - I've so far spoken to 5 people (as well as another person posted here that I didn't "speak with". So, I'm trying not to write too much in each message.
Others may wish to read the entire thread, and I personally have no problem with posting the e-mails for those who are interested. If that's not you Stevie, feel free to stop reading, I won't be offended! I'm mostly posting this to give Vodafone opportunity to show they can "do" Customer Satisfaction.0 -
A complete nutter. It makes you sometimes feel sympathy for even the likes of Vodafone and CPW - not something I generally achieve!
Apparently he's got his own website. Perhaps he can list it so we can direct other delusional people there.0 -
mCustardy. With regards to your post. I was, initially, trying to document whether or not Vodafone dealt with this professionally.
Later, it turned out, they did not, at which point I posted what I did.
For anyone wanting to get an idea of what my issue with Vodafone/Mobiles.co.uk was, the original post should suffice.
For anyone wanting to see what resolution I have been offered by Vodafone - who have now admitted that they were at fault (after taking 13 months to get to a point where they'd stop "passing the buck" to Carphone Warehouse, and apologized "sincerely" for this, see Post 29. In short, I have been overcharged hundreds of pounds, am asking for a smaller amount than what I have been overcharged by (just to get it settled), and am being offered a much, much smaller amount of money, that really doesn't make any sense. I should have spent a total of £66, and have instead paid over £500.
This thread has been entirely derailed by loons. I suppose. We can't just have a proper conversation about my issue, rather you show up and try and discredit me using a bucketload of typical trolling techniques.
For anyone not familiar with trolling, I point out this very useful document again.
I suppose your intent is to silence me? What is your motive, may I ask?0 -
You "discredit" yourself. No need for anyone else to do that for you.0

Why do you bother posting negative comments and useless information on here, your grand idea of 'post it on here and vodafone will fix the problem' doesn't work and all you do is criticise other posters.
If you don't like what you read just ignore it or leave the forum altogether0 -
You obviously haven't looked at what I do post. Why do you bother attacking without reading?0

I post because you randomly insult people without reasonA complete nutter. It makes you sometimes feel sympathy for even the likes of Vodafone and CPW - not something I generally achieve!

So you decide that people you don't know are delusional or a nutter, what a thoroughly unpleasant sentiment to express on a public forum0 -
Very selective. Maybe you'd do better to read the rest, including the unhinged post it was responding to.0
