  • I love your "Gym Neutral" challenge - I'll have to see if I'm brave enough to work out my cost per visit  :#

    The lighthouse sounds amazing :):):)

Lighthouses are pretty awesome I reckon!

There you go - that's "ours" - and the previously mentioned deckchairs! The top of the Old Light is the place I always head to when I want a bit of me-time when we're over there - there's no better place to sit with a book and as we're usually there with a group it can get a bit full-on sometimes!!

The gym cost-per-visit went down a bit more last night, and Mr Boss has come up with a great suggestion that might well work for me that if I want to use the one that's reasonably close to work during a lunchbreak, I can just shave 10 or 15 minutes off  my lunchbreaks and take a long break one day - I'll need to see if it will be practical but all things considered, it might just work! Weather depending I might cycle that way after work tonight so I can get a fix on how long it will take to get there/back, plus exactly where I can chain up the bike and stuff like that. Might also just pop in to the gym to be sure my fob works for access, and to familiarise myself with the layout.

The 2nd of the month money stuff has all happened and I have also done my transfer to the N@tionw1de Reg Saver too - they appear to have tweaked things a little so it's easier to transfer between accounts now, which is useful. Had they done that earlier I might not have been so keen to ditch them for our joint account! (But then again - £130 incentive means I may well still have jumped!)

Another small Prolific survey last night - AND in really exciting news the £68 cashback from Vodafone had gone to payable this morning so I've requested that as a BACS transfer - once it lands it will go off against MrEH's 0% card.

I love the lighthouse.  I could sit and look at and listen to the sea all day.

I love the idea of the lighthouse but in reality I would hate the stairs up and hate them down even more 😳 didn’t realise I had a fear of heights - if that’s what you call it - until I went up a spiral staircase and froze 😏 if I could get up there without the stairs I’d love it as I can be high and look down and adore watching the sea and hearing waves. Enjoy 👍
