Gym costs coming down nicely there! Mmmmm to risotto - I had paella last night and it was most tasty. Made enough for lunch, but then Mr Cheery ate half of it last night so will need to supplement (I can't complain, he's basically made every single thing I've eaten and every cup of tea for the last 3 weeks 😂). I've got some veggie sausages i might add, and there is always a giant pile of eggs round here...3

The risotto was most tasty! And yes to being thankful for being able to absorb the current price increases too - 100%!
We have a lovely sunny day here today - a chilly wind means it feels colder outside but the sun flooding in through the windows is making an appreciable difference to the temperatures indoors - I Iove a bit of solar heating! 😁 Been out for a walk first thing, and have no decided solidly against heading to the gym today but in favour of heading out shortly for a ride on the bike, I think. It’s too nice a day not to make the most of!Money-wise things are ticking over towards the end of the month. I’ve just transferred £100 across to PB’s - that might hit before the end of the month, but it might not, we’ll see. My own personal accounts are looking delightfully healthy at the moment - I’m liking having stuff split over one account for regular payments and the other for “spending” - not least because this month so far my spending account has only diminished by just under £20. I’m probably going to transfer last weekend’s fish & chips cost from there to the CC I think - MrEH usually pays when we get a Chinese but F&C goes on the CC so is a good chance for me to pay instead. The only “social” stuff this month has been a couple of nights at the rugby club though. This afternoon will be mostly getting odd housework jobs done I think - vacuuming, a quick clean of the kitchen, sorting a load of washing and probably a bit of tidying up. We’ve got some figures to find and some calculations to do for beer festival stuff as well so will probably start looking at that when MrEH finishes work. Oh and I’m going to do HM curry for tea - yum!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

It is at this time of year that we really appreciate that our house has most of the rooms with a south facing window.
Give it a few months though and we will be complaining the house is too hot3
