No SKY yahoo email access for a week

I have been unable to access my sky yahoo email account since last Friday - it's driving me crazy as I have stored a lot of emails with booking confirmations etc. It says my username and password are incorrect - this is not the case because I haven't changed anything.
I've tried various ways to access it but -nothing..................................
