Ppn help

Options
Hello,
On the 19th October I received a letter from PPN Debt Recovery Service stating that a parking notice was placed on my car at Sidcup station on the 5th August. This was the first I had heard of this - no notice and no previous letters. They stated as I has ignored the penalty notice I was now too late to appeal and had to pay £100. After much searching I found PPN's appeal address and wrote to them explaining the situation and providing proof of payment for parking ( I use Indigo's cashless payment system so have phone logs and bank statements proving they had taken my parking fee) I also requested photographic proof if they were accusing me of another contravention,I cc'd both Indigo and PPN Debt Recovery, Today I received a letter from the latter saying I was too late to appeal to METEOR(?) They judged I was at fault and to pay up or I risked magistrates court.Question is what do I do now? I am really angry about this .Thanks for any help.

Show us the letter please, sounds unusual not to be offered POPLA in a Meteor case.

You will not be able to post a working link. So change the http to hxxp in your link to the letter (use tinypic, photobucket or Dropbox).

Thanks for your reply. I am not that computer savvy so sending you the letter looks a bit complicated. Not sure where to start but I will see what I can do. I have looked at their reply letter again and it has not come from their Appeals dept rather the original Debt Recovery & Prosecution dept. It looks as if it is a standard letter and they have not acknowledged any of the payment proof I sent or my requests for details of the alleged contravention. The letter I sent was actually addressed to PPN Appeals ( I only cc'd to PPN Debt Recovery and Indigo as a courtesy) I gave them 14 days max to reply so should I wait to see if the appeals department actually contact me ?

Ask someone to help you post the picture of the letter even if next week. It is worth us looking at it.

host the picture on tinipics or photobucket , you will be given a link http:// whatever whatever.jpg , copy that link leaving out any bits and simply paste into your post , then change the http to hxxp , do not try to paste as an image

clearly stating that this is a bylaw offence , however under bylaws there is no such offence as failing to display , if you have PROOF that you have paid , tell them to swivel and take you to court for an offence that does not exist
