I have been in the same position and gone through appeal process. In doing so, there are a few things that have cropped up in my research! CPM sign all show they are an 'approved BPA Operator', they are not, I have emailed the BPA who say they are a BPA member but not operator, so should advertise this logo. This is on their signage and letters. Therefore, this must make there signs invalid anyway! Maybe something to bare in mind!
Also, the IAS, who you would appeal too! Well, it appears these are run by a company United Trade and Industry Ltd. When you search the directors, it just so happens that the directors are also directors of Gladstone Solicitors, who appear to be the firm (on other threads) that write to threaten legal action!
This is all one big scam making money for each other!! They will get nothing from me! I have reported to the IPC (though am sure they're in it as well) and also trading standards!!0
