Can't access BT Yahoo Emails

Like many others https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/Locked-out-of-bt-email-stuck-in-a-loop/m-p/1642389#M45062 , I've been locked out of my BT Yahoo email account, as BT cleverly told us to change our passwords after the Yahoo data hack. Given they knew this was likely to result in people not being able to access their email accounts, as per the thread and numerous others posted on the BT Forum site, this is a truly incredible thing to suggest.
I'm posting to warn people about these clowns, as there is no response from BT and I've not seen any news item regarding this massive issue.
MSE - please help. We need you!
