Thank you for your other reply! I am rubbish at this posting business! I keep doing it twice!! Then I don't see all the replies! And I am grateful for being wrapped in cotton wool - I am a chicken with things like this! And mr redX is right - TV programmes don't help - seem even more scary - so thanks again - I will try to relax, after carefully following the instructions - if I can find them - oh dear!0

Hi again
We have now received to say it's now going to be passed to either TNc group or Gladstone solicitors for recovery. With a list of additional charges
Should we now pay? Concerned we are going to end up with a huge bill and in court
Thanks for any advice
I did send the request to cancel as above but they refused0 -
Now is not the time to pay. Wait and see what their next move actually is.
I refer you to Coupon-mad's post #23.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How many cases have you seen here lost v Gladstones in court? Clue - it's less than one...! And we've helped with dozens.
How much do you think a losing defendant pays? Clue - it's about £150 or £175 all told - no CCJ, no effect on credit rating - paying that is the worst case scenario! And we don't look to lose any, the defences from here are solid.
Most cases never go there but if so, it is NOT a big deal nor risk.
Calm down again.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
