The agencies that promise to do this for you will only do this for the 'suppliers' they are affiliated with, which will only cover a small fraction of what you need.

DSS (or whatever they're called these days)

Electricity, Gas & other Utility Suppliers
e-mail provider(s)
Employer(s)
Family & Friends
Gardener
Hire Purchase/Loan Companies
Hospital, if you attend regularly
Household Insurance Supplier – Building and Contents
Home Phone/Landline Supplier

Internet Service Provider (ISP)

About pension providers, I have a standalone AVC with the same provider as my works pension. I advised them of my new address but they wrote to me about the AVC using my old address the following year.

I assume you don't mean the Church Mission Society or the Council for Mathematical Sciences, so perhaps it would be best to specify which CMS you mean.
