I prefer the hand cranked machines. It can go anywhere without trailing wires. I have a Big Shot which is adequate. I have a Baby Blue which I am not fond of and just bought a second hand Grand Callibur, the other day. My big shot is too narrow for A4 and I saw this GC one for sale. Tried it out and really like it. Got all the plates etc. which saved me lots. Why not look on ebay, you may get one cheapish, if you don't get on with it, sell it.
Happy card making, it is addictive.Keep on trucking!0 -
Sorry can't quote. If I were to buy again I would buy the a4 version of the big shot rather then the standard size.

I've got a Grand Calibur too and love it. It does need replacing soon
though. I've had it since they came out and bought it because you can use A4 card/paper in it. I would definitely go for an A4 one too.
I too wouldn't bother with an electric one unless you need to.0
