Thanks for that. Reviewed some of the posts and also looked up POFA. Under the section relating to ANPR, specifically Section 2 (6), if I provide the name of the parking company (it is the same shysters as for the OP) then does that constitute providing the 'name' of the driver and will that be sufficient to divert the charge?0

Thanks Nosferatu, presumably you meant "RK is only presumed to be Driver"? In which case, as I read the various requirements under POFA and the many threads related to this kind of thing, naming the parking company and demonstrating that I could not possibly have been the driver (parking company confirmation, flight details, even passport stamp as I don't travel on a UK passport), means that the issuer of the notice must pursue the driver / parking company.
It seems fairly straightforward, but then I'm no lawyer!0 -
