The previous owners of my house kindly left 2 vibrators in my airing cupboard    One of which I only discovered last week as it had become wedged at the back of one of the shelves  :o

Rubber gloves and plastic bag job that was :rotfl:

Would have preferred if they'd left coffee and some milk to be honest

so it was you who bought Bruno's house was it?

    ;)

#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided

#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now

#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing

I have always wanted the next people to feel positive about moving into somewhere I have been so
clean house including loo. Card to wish them welcome and flowers and wine to give good vibes . Luckily this has always been reciprocated

I binned our loo brushes....yuk imagine coming across someone elses! But I did buy a cheap vase and some flowers, and also a big box of Celebrations. I also left all the instruction manuals...but that didn't do much good as our buyer has been on the phone to me every week since! It took her 2 weeks to work out how to turn the cooker on....and don't even mention the hot water!!!!! I'm dreading when it comes to putting the heating on!

    What an odd thread...

Are toilet brushes included on the fixtures and fittings questionnaire for conveyancing? I'd imagine legally a bog brush is a fitting, and can be safely removed by the vendor :)
