Had an online chat earlier about the new price increase,
Well wasted an hour of my time they wouldn't stick to the price agreed in April.
I have phone and broadband with them and on a reduced for 12 months, 18 month contract
Can I cancel within 30 days now

Didnt they send out an email recently offering new customer discounts to existing customers? I opted in and my bill has gone from 43 to 30 a month.0

The phone number gives you the right within 30 days to cancel without penalty .0 -
