That's awful, workplace bullying at its best.
There is another option, suggest a compromise agreement with them.
They pay you off to leave. If you want to leave, they clearly have an awful opinion of you that is incorrect.
What they are doing is discrimination. I'd be sure to make hem aware you know it is as well.
Hope you're ok? XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

I'm sorry you had such a rough time at work crunchy. I think Nicnak's compromise idea is a good one. My sister-in- law worked for a council on its legal side and after a few years things deteriorated workwise there and she was very unhappy like you. She broached the settlement idea and they agreed. She did some locum work for a while and has just started a promising new job. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Thanks guys!! I’m still here just very fraught with juggling moving, kids, working etc.
This is potentially the last weekend before we move so we are manically packing, paint touch ups, organising etc.
Things we have done so far....
- after discussion with my union I have emailed the head outlining the things she is ‘breaking the law’ on. It’s not personal it’s just ‘you can’t ask me to do this blah blah.’ I’m waiting with baited breath for the response but meanwhile will get my head down to finish off the remaining 20 something days.
- I have typed out, signed and enveloped my resignation for handing in at the end of the month!! It’s going to be a busy few weeks so getting ahead of myself.
- we have empires out the offi e and all furniture is now in the house making it chaotic!!
- we have also dig up plants to take over as we are not leaving them here - they were gifts for us to enjoy.
I haven’t completely taken my eye off the ball money wise but I have had a week without staring at my spreadsheet worrying and just taking things day by day.
If it all goes quiet here it’s because of move buisiness/no internet. I will get back on once the dust settles to set our intentions for the rest of the year!!

Morning diary!!
We are on for moving this weekend!! Woohoo!!
Absolutely loads to do as you can imagine! Instead of getting the movers in we are hiring a van over 3 days for £180!! The children will stay with relatives so that we can just get on with it so it won’t be a hideous rush.
I managed my 3 days of work with parents evening with no hiccups just feel tired now and have a cold.
It is pay day today so later I will log on and squirrell some money away for child care. I also need to take cash out to pay for the puppy at some point.
Just relaxing in the sofa for 5 minutes before the onslaught!!
Thanks for all the best wishes! Will report back as soon as I have internet and the dust settles.
