they just said if I fail to pay the debt they will review the matter and may seek to issue County Court proceedings to get a Judgement Order


so is it a letter before claim or a begging letter ?


why are you being asked to pay WH and not the PPC ?


regarding the original ticket , was it done by ANPR or a ticket on the car , at what date did you receive paperwork from the parking Co

The original ticket was done by ANPR and I think I got it roughly 3-4 weeks from the date of the parking which was 17/06/16 although I'm not entirely sure as I don't have access to my ticket as I'm not at home at the moment

well you had best go home and get that letter , if the V5 is in your name , a NTK has to be DELIVERED to your registered address within 14 days if the ticket was by ANPR , failure to do this makes it that they can only go after the driver


so , are you going to pay a ridiculous charge (inflated to hell by WH) or are you going to tell them to sod off and go after the driver?
