Yes indeed we did!
We were contacted by an agent about a house that hadn't come on the market at that time which was 2/3 bed Edwardian end of terrace with parking and lovely long garden!
It was priced at £20k less than our max budget, but there is a bit of renovation work to do.
We due to complete this week.
So glad we held out and didn't panic but one of the smaller more expensive places.

Congrats, that's brilliant news! I imagine it must be extra satisfying to know that the mi-terrace that fell through is still on, now for offers under £315k.0
