The BPA logo is the corporate member logo. Your PPC is not an AOS Member of the BPA. There is no BPA PPC appeal open to you. Just ignore the BPA logo etc, it's irrelevant in your case.
Your PPC is an IPC AOS member and you have to follow their appeals process. It's not recommended to appeal to the IAS Kangaroo Court as you know. Sorry, I don't know the next step when the PPC hasn't actually rejected your appeal.
Hopefully an expert will be along soon.0 -
You could fire the IPC template at them, but you're unlikely to get anything sensible back. Given that almost all IPC cases advised from here go into ignore mode, then that's the route I'd advise you to take.
Be prepared for debt collector letters (which can be ignored) and look out for any court papers (unlikely, but definitely must not be ignored).

Globe Protection, one of the few PPCs that show their true colours in their title - unashamed protection racket! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you both!
I wont bother with replying to this current letter to ZZPS nor will I bother going down the IAS route, however, do you think it's worth me sending the IPC template directly to Globe Protection..?

Yes, why not send the new changed version - I edited it this week to push more about DPA breach in processing data of a keeper without reasonable cause. I thought it was time to ring the changes and instead of listing questions it's more assertive, as a put up or shut up, or I'll sue you, response.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thanks Coupon-mad!
Just read the new version, great stuff! i'll send this to Globe Protection, however should I also respond/send this version to the recent letter I received from what appears to be ZZPS or is it safe to just ignore that from now on?
Many thanks0 -

Morning All
i have decided to add the following paragraph to the IPC template that i am going to send directly to Globe Protection Ltd, just wanted your guys thoughts, do you think this is OK to add..?
I recently received a PCN letter from a 3rd party called ipaymypcn, who are trading name of ZZPS Ltd. I did some research and found out they are a debt collector and that I was in fact not dealing with you directly. I found your details online and am therefore sending this letter directly to yourself to acknowledge and action. I am sending this via a Proof of Posting certificate.
Many thanks0 -
Looks ok to me.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi All,
So I sent a letter directly to the PPC (Globe Protection) a few weeks back as per my last post and havent received a reply, which was expecetd I guess! However, I did get another letter from ZZPS stating their next course of action is to pass this on to the clients solicitors Wright Hassall LLP.
I've read the ignore debt collectors stage post, in particularlly the following:
If the letter threatens court imminently, or a solicitor like 'Wright Hassall(!) or LPC Law, then consider responding to tell the debt collector that the charge is disputed/denied.
Just confused as to what I should do next; do I reply as per the above or continue to ignore since the letter is from ZZPS..?
Many thanks0 -
