Of course it would be remiss of you not to be on hand when potential new tenants look and demonstrate the hot water ;-) You look helpful but it should put off the new tenant......Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0

What type of lock do you have? If you are going to be in you could lock a yale type lock if you have an inside 'latch' type button to flip up. If you have a chubb, you could lock it and leave your key in the lock.0

Change the barrel on the lock, it's ridiculously easy to do.Pants0

I've also just discovered they have listed my flat online as being available for prospective tenants to move into from 25th November. Erm........
I'm starting to wonder if I need a solicitor at this point0 -
