Its Purple Bricks and was a right shambles tbh plus he has to send us a new lease as he refused to cover our costs for the week we couldn't live here at the start ( all our belongings stayed in the van and we had to pay storage to removals) so he said he would add the week to the initial tenancy and send us a new one but never did.0

Getting there slowly. It says for the term of 6 months initially then at a rent of **** per month by equal cleared payments on 19th each month
But why so reluctant o uote the tenancy agreement.
It must say soemthing about the rent for the 6 month term too surely.
Please quote exact word in full. In fact for the avoidance of doubt, just copy all the words on the first page of the TA. By all means XXXX out the names and the £X, but include everything else.0 -
That is what is says! It doesn't say anything about the 6 months
It has an additional page which was stapled on which is a receipt for the deposit and the 6 months rent with a photocopy of the bank transfer I did for the full amount and it has nothing else. I am being completely honest here about all of it. The tenancy agreement is v short and all was done online and I printed it out If there is anything missing I will have to ask them Monday. He has now mailed me saying I can pay 2 months in advance instead of 6 I don't know what to think. I am going to request another copy of the tenancy agreement with the extra week on it and see if it looks different Thanks for all the free advice its really helpful
