PAYG SMART Tariff ?

Hello everyone!
I am looking for a cheap tariff on MSE Cheap Energy Club. I found that many suppliers offer cheaper rate on their SMART tariff. For example, E, Utilita, Economy Energy, OVO Energy. I am wondering if the tariffs are only available on SMART meter? Or it's also available on normal prepaid meter?
My current plan is Smart PAYG energy (all Online). But I am actually using normal prepaid meters. The electricity meter shows the price is same as the tariff. However, I couldn't get the price info from the gas meter. Ovo arranged and engineer to "upgrade" my meters to SMART one a few ago but failed. I hear no push from them again for the upgrade.
So if I switch to those SMART tariffs, will I get the rate exactly? Anyone have any idea? Thanks!
