Topping up boiler pressure

I have an Alpha InTec2 26ce boiler (brand new in July). I have had a small leak on a radiator (i've fixed) and the boiler pressure has dropped.
I need to add some water to the system to get the pressure back up to one bar but I cant figure out how to do it.
I've had a google but no joy.
This is the underside to the boiler-

The pipework leading to it-

On the old boiler I would top up using the black tap at the bottom of this photo, but it appears to have been disconnected, towards the top of the photo is a screw valve - is this what I need too use now?

I can't be 100% certain but the pipe connecting pipes 3 and 4 with the blue taps looks like your filling loop. Open both blue taps to top up the system and then close both of them.0

Done that- nothing happens.0

Yellow for gas, blue for water. It will be the blue ones, but you may need to open them in the correct order.
The Installation manual is online.

Isn't it the black valves, see here page 13. http://www.alpha-innovation.co.uk/custom/upload/instructions/InTec/intec2%20CE%20inst%20serv%20user%2001.pdf
You beat me Davey0 -
The black valves not the blue onesI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
That looks like the underside of my boiler (baxi 105he) and i regularly use the pressure top up tap which looks like the blue tap on the right of the picture. If water flows you can hear it as its quite loud.0

Legends everyone of you! It was the black valves- thanks.0

I'm wondering if the black ones are master valves but the blue one will work as a master valve if the 2 black ones are both left open.0 -
I had both blue open and turned the black and water started flowing. I ve closed the blue now and everything seems to be fine.
I wasn't here when they finished installing it as had to leave for work so didn't get the grand tour.0 -
The black is probably the main isolation valve. The blue tape only control the filling loop which I believe is designed to be removed (when our boiler was installed our fitter said you're not supposed to leave them on, but most people do for convenience).0
