I would just say that my router does not have wifi - I don't think I would ever have use for wifi at home anyway as I prefer to plug in a cat 5 cable than mess about with wifi dongles etc0

'Most'? T y hardly any that come as standard with the mainstream domestic connections. Only top brand do this.
If a neighbour has BT you might find a BT wifi hotspot you can connect to and pay whatever the rate is.0 -

I'd imagine there would be quite a bit of upheaval as well as cost as it would involve drilling quite a lot of holes and would involve freeholder consents for running cables through communal areas0
