She'll have to make a finding that you were driver then to hold you liable under Beavis.
If she does, probably appealable as no evidence produced that you were.
But does an ordinary citizen really have the appetite to appeal when all that's at stake is £150-ish?
It's not rocket science though. If someone were to do it pro bono it would be a winner, surely?Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. My step daughter came round last night. Merrily told me she'd just paid Millennium £400 because they were threatening her with proceedings. I nearly spat out my tea.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I'm absolutely gutted and shelshocked.
I cant believe it.
Considering the time and effort that i put into it (god knows how many hours) and also the effort that everybody in this thread went to in order to help (along with all the other threads and guides on the site etc).
I have to thank every single one of you for your help, absolute stars!!0 -
what about the lease issues and the JOPSON case, surely if its your own leased space then that trumps VCS signs and contracts ?
ps:- we are gutted for you too, especially due to that reality star winning against VCS in Liverpool recently

The lease was not accepted as there was no evidence that my landlord was the leaseee of the property in the evidence i supplied.0

Honestly, it was almost like the judge just wanted to go home.0

in some other cases there was leave to appeal the decision, did that happen in this case like the JOPSON case etc ? (or was an appeal refused ?)0
