We've been in Nerja over Christmas.
The temp was 23c every day.
    We had a great time.
It's your money. Except if it's the governments.

I'll be in Argentina again this Christmas (with my OH's family). Should be nice and hot. Last time we went, we went to Brazil first (stayed in Paraty, a small town between Rio and Sao Paolo) - that was great.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

We had a few Christmas's in Palma City Mallorca and it was Fab.

Stayed in a Melia Hotel on the Marine front, with views onto the port. Had a 13 course Gala Dinner, Xmas eve, attended by Celebs,Football stars and local politicians, Can't remember how we got back to our rooms.

It is not that warm, say 21 deg, frosty at night, but the atmosphere was fantastic. Nativity scenes in all Govt buildings,Craft markets in some of the Placa's. Hot chocolate and Churros, ensaimadas fresh out the oven and was great seeing little ones playing with their toys out on the marina on Xmas morning. Had a Chinese banquet, best ever on Xmas night. The firework display on New Years eve, was Fantastic, all the ships horns going off etc.

Think outside the box and you can go to places you wouldn't think of trying

Bon Nadal, as they say !

I can't stand Xmas and one year we went to Death Valley camping in the desert . On Xmas eve a gigantic American camper van pitched up next to our tent and put a xmas tree up and started playing xmas music.

I've done that before. Some of the resorts around Mallorca are dead over Christmas but Palma itself was still very lively. It's an interesting city which is often overlooked by visitors to the island.
