Faulty TV john Lewis

Hi all, I bought a Samsung top of the range 2014 model television last year November from John Lewis. The TV was a marked down item but came with john Lewis's warranty of 5 years. The 2015 high end TVs have dropped in price, thou could get a a very good 2015 model for £900.
